Hi Mark, I hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy. I wanted to say thank you to you and your team for keeping the commitment to keep my pool clean and useable. This weekend we swam both Saturday and Sunday. It has been trying times for everyone and it was really nice to be able to use the pool and laugh with the kids. I recall telling you but would like to share again. There was a time when I would keep the blinds closed because the pool caused me so much stress. I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for your great customer service!  Every time I've called with a question/problem, it's always been addressed quickly, and everyone is always so nice.  Most recently I called about our pump and spoke to Linda (I think. I hope I remembered right). She is so nice and got right back to me after speaking with Mark.  Also you fixed our motor for us even though it was out of warranty, which was extremely generous, so I just wanted to thank you all for your great service!
